Welcome to Worever. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tang Po Lam Paula (trading as Worever, "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Worever mobile application (the "App") and the website located at worever.app.

1. The Service & Free Habit Loop

Worever is an editorial digital wardrobe and styling platform designed to help you organize, appreciate, and style the clothes you already own. Worever's core daily habit features—including unlimited wardrobe item cataloging, the 53-piece starter wardrobe, daily 3-look styling, the Chairdrobe ("The Chair"), the Laundry Basket, basic Reality Check, and Travel Packing—are free to use.

2. Worever Premium Subscriptions

Worever offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Worever Premium") that unlock access to additional features, including 19 Designer Room Themes, unlimited Custom Muse matching, and in-depth wardrobe analytics.

In-App Pricing & Billing: Subscription pricing, billing periods (such as Monthly or Annual), and any introductory trial periods are presented within the App at the time of purchase and billed through your Apple ID account via Apple In-App Purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your iOS device settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your active purchases at any time via Settings → Worever Premium → Restore purchases.

3. Intellectual Property & Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photographs and personal content you capture or upload to the App. You grant Worever a limited license to process and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and rendering the App's features for you on your device.

All software, designs, trademarks, room artwork, and styling algorithms associated with Worever are the exclusive intellectual property of Worever and its licensors.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code from, or create derivative works of the App, nor use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Worever disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Worever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
